Marketing person for an electrical company involves a variety of responsibilities that are crucial for the company’s growth and success. Here are some key responsibilities for our electrical company. This role will have daily communication with the CEO of the company.
JOB DUTIES
- Develop and implement marketing strategies: This includes creating content for various marketing channels and coordinating with sales teams to align marketing and sales strategies.
- Conduct market research: Analyzing indestry trends and customer preferences to inform marketing plans and improve market presence.
- Create and manage content: Developing and managing content for marketing materials, including promotional campaigns and social media posts.
- Participate in trade shows and industry events: Engaging with potential customers and showcasing the company’s products and services.
- Monitor and report on marketing effectiveness: Evaluating the success of marketing campaigns and making necessary adjustments to improve future performance.

Leadman Electrician, 4- Position $20-$25:
The Leadman Electrician supervises electrical projects and manages team activities, ensuring efficiency and safety. The role requires experience, proactive leadership, and strong organizational skills. Daily communication with the Project Manager.
JOB DUTIES
- Supervision: Oversee daily activities of foreman’s and oversee helpers’ productivity.
- Maintain the gang box, organize tools and materials, and ensure a clean work area. Manage material loading, unloading, and storage.
- Reports incidents and missing resources promptly, Notify Foreman and office of any abscesses over 24 hours in advance. Document attendance and task progress.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to electrical codes and safety policies.
- Documentation: Maintain project records and prepare progress reports for management.
- Any Task Assigned. Employees are expected to perform any task that is given to them by their employer.
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION: Minimum 3 years as an electrician, with experience in both commercial and residential projects. 2 years of experience in a supervisory role. High School diploma or equivalent; valid electrician’s license, OSHA 10 Hour certification, additional project management certification, bilingual preferred.
SKILLS: Strong knowledge of electrical systems and codes, ability to read blueprints, excellent leadership and communications skills, and proficiency in project management tools.
WORKING CONDITIONS: Work on various job sites in different weather conditions; physical ability to lift heavy materials, availability for overtime and weekends.
Electrical Foreman, 4- Positions $25-$29:
The Foreman Electrician supervisor and coordinates electrical workers on construction and maintenance projects. This hand-on role requires advanced technical skills, leadership experience, and a strong work ethic. Daily communication with Project Manager.

JOB DUTIES
- Assistance: Help with wiring, outlets, and electrical panels. Prepare and organize work sites with tolls and materials.
- Site Maintenance: Clean work areas daily and organize materials in the gang box.
- Material Handling: Download and place materials as directed. Report on any missing resources.
- Communication: Notify office and Forman of absences over 24 hours in advance. Communicate about resources needed and site conditions.
